Garrus Varkarian
Allas favorit Turian återvänder i Mass Effect 3 om han överlevde händelserna i Mass Effect 2.

EDI
Du kan rekrytera EDI, Normandies bosatta AI, i hennes fysiska form direkt efter att ditt uppdrag i den turiska hemvärlden är slut. Du måste dock se till att du rekryterar henne innan du lämnar.
EDI:s användbarhet i Mass Effect 3 kommer från det mycket enkla faktum att hon är den enda med Incinerate i spelet. På grund av detta och hennes Unshackled AI-klasskraft har EDI den högsta råskadepotentialen av alla rekryterbara truppmedlemmar. Javik är den enda gruppmedlemmen i Mass Effect 3 som är tillgänglig exklusivt som enDLCkaraktär via "From Ashes" DLC, som gör hans rekryteringsuppdrag, "Priority: Eden Prime", tillgängligt.
I likhet med Liara är Javic en biotikspecialist. Han lutar sig dock inte så hårt mot att använda sina biotiska krafter. Mordin has arguably the best Tech abilities in Mass Effect 2. He is a great Squadmate to combine powers, whether it be combining his own or with other characters' abilities. Combining Garrus' Concussive shot with power like Cryo Blast makes for a big explosion and can deal big damage.
With all the DLC, the highest obtainable War Assets score rises to around 8500. In Mass Effect 3's multiplayer mode, completing matches adds to the player's overall readiness rating.
